Gabble Tech Pvt Ltd provides a software service that allows users to record and analyze their audio to receive feedback on their speaking.
User Content
To use our services, you must create an account through our signup page. You can modify your account information from the settings page.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To request a refund, please get in touch with us at contact@gabble.ai and provide the necessary proof of purchase like an order number. We will process the refunds to the original payment method within a time frame of 5-10 business days, but this will be after subtracting applicable processing and usage fees (if the service is used).
Please note that we will only process refunds if the request is made within 7 days following the purchase. Furthermore, the service should not have been used more than 10 times for a refund to be applicable.
Intellectual Property
By using our services, you grant us the right to collect and use the audio generated by users for the purpose of training our AI algorithm to enhance our service.
Payment and Billing
For services requiring payment, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Payments are processed through Stripe, and you consent to their terms of service. Any charges or fees associated with your use of our services will be clearly communicated during the payment process.
Liability and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content or services provided. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our services.
