Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, after subtracting any processing or usage fees. Refunds are only eligible if requested within 7 days of purchase, and the service has not been used more than 10 times.

- Misuse includes, but is not limited to, uploading empty or irrelevant content, generating excessive load on our systems, attempting to exploit system behavior, or using the platform in a way that is not aligned with its intended purpose.
- Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to manipulate, probe, or exploit the system, including through prompt injection, extracting hidden data, reverse engineering model behavior, or attempting to access information not intended for them.
- Where reasonable, we will address a first violation with a warning rather than immediate suspension. If the same or another violation occurs again, we may suspend or terminate the account. A warning that is not followed by any further violation for 6 months will not count toward future enforcement. Notwithstanding this, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, with or without prior notice, for severe violations, including unauthorized business use, competitive use as described above, or attempts to exploit or manipulate the system. No refunds will be provided where an account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
